Dear Parents and Students Welcome to 5th Grade Math, Reading, & Science class at Mater Academy. I am pleased to be your child’s teacher. And I am anticipating a very successful and productive school year. It is our goal here at Mater Academy to provide your child with safety, happiness and ample opportunity to learn. Students and Parents: This website will provide helpful information and it is crutial that students check it at least every other day as homework, projects, and annoucements will be posted weekly. Also, students may be expected to print handouts from my website and bring them to class on dates specified. Furthermore, if a handout is given in class and I have a computer file of it, I will be posting it on this website in case a student loses it and needs another copy. That way there will be NO EXCUSES when the due date arrives. Lastly, please make sure to look at the categories menu located at the right side of my website as exploring those pages can be of use!
