Hello and welcome to my website and to Mater Academy Charter Elementary/Middle. My name is Mrs. Perez and I will be your child's teacher. I graduated from Florida International University with a bachelors in K-12 Special Education.  My courses consist mostly of ALL subjects and comprehension strategies; which can be great tools in preparing your child with future exams such as the FCAT and comprehension in all of their core classes such as Math, Science, andReading. I am looking forward to meeting my new students and parents. In order to enhance your child’s learning experience I have stocked my classroom with a plethora of books, enhanced computer programs, and exceptional class lessons. I have developed this website to make it easier for both my students and their parents. Here you can find announcements, Mater’s school schedule, sporting events, home learning assignments, project information, class materials and more.
